Its a cheap place to stay. Beds are hard. So is getting the key in the door. Bad locks. We had to get towels from the front desk
Horrible!! Under new management!!!!! The staff was rude and we stayed there for my husband's work yet was MADE to bring to towels and laundry to front desk every single time we used them. my kids tripped over garbage bags left on side walk and parking lot. Staff was rude when we asked them to wash sheets and towels, even just to get more toilet paper, very unprofessional. We had to continue to ask them to use the vacuum to clean our own room cus they did not keep up with housekeeping duties. what hotel does not clean their hotel rooms? we left after 2weeks and I will never stay in a roach and bug infested (seriously) hotel like that. Again i know it's a cheap route but I beg any one with kids not to ever stay here due to how nasty it is and how rude the staff( that also live there) are.
The people here looked unsettled and immediately smelled something horrible when we got in the room and as I sat in the bed I saw white powder on the side of the bed the tv looks like it was made in 2002 and 480p the cable did not work as well as the remote the wifi is only good at night and if you have sprint good luck because there is no service I did not get a good night sleep and will NEVER come again pay a extra 20$ for a good hotel with clean beds a pool and a free brealfast
Sometimes you get what you pay for, or in this case less. The motel was minimally adequate. The cable didn't work, the ice machine room was used as a storage room, spring mattresses, but the room was reasonably clean.
The cable service had not been paid. No rooms had cable tv or Wi-Fi access.
