The view was great, would have been better if the windows were clean. The food was bad, worst hamburger I ever had.
Unfortunately, the "medium" prime rib dry and over-done.
My wife and I went here for Valentine's dinner, and ordered the prime rib. The salad bar was basic, but items were fresh. The entre was delivered to the table, but we had to get the sides at the buffet. They had green beans, mushrooms, corn, sweet potatoes and baked potatoes- all of which were cooked well. The bread was in a warmer at the buffet table as well.
Good place to take large groups. Lots of food with buffet. Quality is so so. View of Pickwick Lake is beautiful and you can park your boat at dock and go eat.
Not exactly clean, but the food was decent
Had delicious breakfast omelets ordered off the menu, and they have the buffet as well. The food was tasty, prices very reasonable, the staff was super nice, and we got to eat while enjoying a great view of the lake.
Overall, the experience was certainly "OK", but nothing to rave about. Just a basic, diner-quality restaurant...with a good view of the lake.
