Very professional, efficient, and good and fair prices. They sent a technician out to clean our 4 year old heating and A/C system for the summer. They had a special going for $20.00 and they didn't even charge extra for traveling an extra 30-35 miles round trip to our location in the next county. We were very impressed. They were much cheaper than the company we bought our system from who gave us an estimate over the phone that it would be about $120.00 to clean and check our system. I wish we had known about Harbin before and bought our unit from them rather than from another local company that we used.
